MARQUETTE — A Marquette man is behind bars for allegedly attempting to steal a riding lawn mower from a business.
The Marquette City Police Department was dispatched to Sears on O’Dovero Drive at 2:30 a.m. Monday in reference to a suspicious situation. When officers arrived, they located a suspect attempting to steal a riding lawn mower from the business.
Police took 35-year-old Brad Lee-Alan Morris into custody on one felony count of larceny- $1,000 or more but less than $20,000. He’s expected to be arraigned in Marquette County District Court on Monday.
