UPDATE: Lakeshore Boulevard partially re-opens

UPDATE: September 11, 3:38 p.m.

Lakeshore Boulevard between Fair Avenue and Wright Street has re-opened.   Lakeshore between Wright and Hawley Streets will remain closed until further notice.

UPDATE: September 10 4:32 p.m.

The city of Marquette has closed Lakeshore Boulevard between Fair Aveune and Hawley Street and Shiras Park until further notice due to inclement weather.  Wright Street is also closed between Presque Isle and Lakeshore Boulevard, as well as the Island Loop.

Lakeshore Boulevard in Marquette is closed to through traffic between Hawley and Wright Streets due to inclement weather until further notice.

The compost site will be closed Wednesday as well.  It will reopen Saturday at 9 a.m.
