Man arrested after fleeing from police
FORSYTH TOWNSHIP — A Gwinn man has been charged with one felony count and three misdemeanors after police say he fired multiple rounds at an unoccupied vehicle, followed by a vehicle pursuit.
The Forsyth Township Police Department arrested 41–year–old Kevin Leonard Houle on Friday. Police were dispatched to a domestic violence and shots fired complaint on Thunderchief at approximately 4:25 Friday morning.
Officers en–route to that location were advised that Houle had fled the scene in a car. Police identified Houle’s vehicle on Voodoo Avenue. When officers tried to pull Houle over, he led them on a chase.
After his vehicle stopped on Crusader, Houle fled the scene on foot. While conducting the investigation at the address on Thunderchief, officers learned that Houle had returned to the area and they arrested him at a nearby residence.
Houle has been charged with one felony count of fleeing police, two domestic violence misdemeanors, and a reckless use of a firearm charge.
