Sunday Night Fire In Kingsford

KINGSFORD, Mich – A fire broke out in Kingsford last night.

Kingsford Public Safety Department were dispatched to a home on Woodward Avenue for a report of a kitchen fire at 10 pm.

Officers arrived on scene and found a stove on fire.

The fire was put out with a fire extinguisher.

Officers ventilated the residence and left the scene at 10:29 pm.

KPSD were assisted by the Iron Mountain Police Department on scene.
