Forestville Music and Beer Festival only days away
MARQUETTE COUNTY — Marquette County is now only days away from one of the biggest summer festivals in the area for this year.
Forestville Music Festival is a music and craft beer festival. The event is Held at the Noquemanon Trail Network Forestville Trailhead.
The festival is held on a large grassy field surrounded by miles of recreation trails weaving through the woods. You will be able to enjoy great live music, Michigan breweries, food vendors, camping, and outdoor recreation.
“You know summers are short up here in the U.P. so we like to try and get outside and enjoy it as much as possible,” explained Steve Farr, Pirate of Propaganda at Black Rocks Brewery. “So this is just another way that we came up with to basically spend as much time as we can outdoors. Also to enjoy ourselves while doing it and helping to support the great trails and the outdoor lifestyle we have.”
Volunteers are also needed for the festival and if you partake you will receive one free general admission ticket after helping out the event.
