NEWBERRY — A man was arrested on a 6–count felony warrant authorized by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office.

On Thursday, April 19th, Forsyth Township Police arrested 31–year–old Kevin James Waller of Newberry on multiple charges, including First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Extortion, Third Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, and three counts of Children – Accosting for Immoral Purposes.

The charges were authorized after several months of investigation and after several witnesses and victims came forward.

Waller lived in Forsyth Township at the time of the incidents. He was arrested without incident. The Luce County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the case.
