Drug bust nets three arrests
IRON MOUNTAIN — An investigation by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team (UPSET) has netted the arrest of three out-of-state men.
On April 3rd, UPSET detectives arrested three Milwaukee, Wisc. men at an undisclosed location in Iron Mountain on charges of delivery of heroin, crack cocaine and possession of marijuana. All three suspects are currently lodged at the Dickinson County Jail, pending their arraignment.
The arrests were part of an ongoing investigation involving the Iron River Police Department. At this time, the investigation is ongoing.
UPSET was assisted by the KIND narcotics team, Kingsford Public Safety, Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office, Iron Mountain Police Department and Michigan State Police Iron Mountain Post.
