Man arrested for home invasion

The man who allegedly broke into a residence early Friday morning in Chocolay Township has been arraigned in Marquette County Circuit Court.
Twenty-six year old Jason Michael Church of Little Lake is facing charges of first degree home invasion, felony firearm, and possession of analogues. He’s due back in court for a preliminary exam on May 2nd.
Troopers from the Michigan State Police Negaunee Post say they were dispatched to a residence on South US-41 around 5:15 a.m. after a 9-1-1 call reporting a home invasion. The caller said that they were awakened by someone going through their home and that the person was still there.
CHOCOLAY TOWNSHIP — A Little Lake man was arrested early Friday morning after an alleged home invasion in Chocolay Township.

Troopers took the 26-year-old suspect into custody for first degree home invasion, felony firearm, and possession of analogues. His name is being withheld pending arraignment in Marquette County District Court.
