Bench warrant issued for CSC suspect
MARQUETTE — A bench warrant has been issued for a man who failed to show up for sentencing Thursday morning.
Leo Arthur Field II, 27, of Gwinn was a no show in Marquette County Circuit Court. Judge Jennifer Mazzuchi authorized the warrant as requested by the Marquette County Prosecutor’s Office.
Field was arrested by the Forsyth Township Police Department last April on one count of 1st Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. He pleaded no contest to one count of 3rd Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct in January.
