Three vehicles involved in intersection crash

MARQUETTE — Three vehicles were involved in an accident Thursday morning in south Marquette.

Responders were called out to the crash at the intersection of South McClellan Avenue and Division Street shortly before 8:00 a.m. Marquette City Police officers on the scene say one of the three vehicles failed to yield to a second vehicle headed southbound on S. McClellan, resulting in the crash.

Three drivers and one passenger were involved in the accident; they were treated at the scene and released. Officers say some of them may have sought their own treatment at the hospital.

Marquette City Police were assisted at the scene by the Marquette City Fire Department and deputies from the Marquette County Sheriff’s Office.
