Two suspects wanted for armed robbery
ESCANABA — Escanaba Public Safety officers are looking for two suspects in connection to an armed robbery at the Quality Inn and Suites on North Lincoln Road in Escanaba.
Officers say the two masked men entered the motel around 12:30 a.m, demanded money from the front desk clerk, and ran out the door.
The clerk says a weapon was implied but not seen. The suspects made away with an undisclosed amount of cash from the register.
Witnesses described the suspects as around 5 foot 10 inches in height and dressed in gray hooded sweatshirts and masks. They are believed to be white males, one possibly having a darker complexion.
No arrests have been made, and officers say the investigation is ongoing. We will have more information as it becomes available.
