Guilty pleas in armed robbery case
MARQUETTE — Two of the four men involved in an armed robbery on North Fourth Street in Marquette in March entered plea agreements in Marquette County Circuit Court Friday morning.
Daniel Ayotte, 21 of Ishpeming, pleaded guilty to a charge of ‘larceny from the person.’ The plea agreement recommends a sentence of three to ten years in prison.
Bobbie Weymouth, 21, entered two guilty pleas — one to the charge of unarmed robbery, and another to a charge of manufacture or possession of components to make meth. His sentencing agreement stipulates a forty month to twenty year prison sentence.
Both men will appear for sentencing on July 29th.
