UPDATE: Police capture missing inmate

ABC 10 has learned that 35-year-old Mark Daniel Revoir has been caputured by police.

The Houghton County Sheriff’s Department says that the missing inmate, 35-year-old Mark Revoir, was seen in the South Range area at approximately 11:30 a.m. Revoir is said to be wearing blue jeans, a black T-shirt and a sweatshirt around his waist.

HOUGHTON — The Houghton County Sheriff’s Department is looking for an inmate who walked away from a minimum security work crew this morning.

35-year-old Mark Daniel Revoir was on a crew that was cleaning at the Houghton RV Park when he walked away around 9:40am. Revoir is described as a white male,6’ 2” with long brownish hair with the side of his head shaved and a ruddy complexion.

He was wearing a brown jacket and possible black hoodie and a Maple Leafs hat. Revoir is currently incarcerated for the crime of retail fraud.
