Meth suspect gets prison time
IRON MOUNTAIN — An Iron Mountain woman arrested after a meth bust by the KIND Drug Enforcement Team in October is going to prison.
32–year–old Anita Lindlbauer was sentenced to five to twenty years in prison in Dickinson County Circuit Court Tuesday. She was given credit for 214 days served. She is also required to pay over $8,800 in restitution, fees, and costs. Lindlbauer pleaded guilty last month to one charge of operating or maintaining a meth lab.
Her co–defendant in the case, 41–year–old Dennis Schuirmann, was already sentenced to fifty months to twenty years in jail back in February. The two were arrested in October after police discovered a meth lab on Pewabic Street in Iron Mountain.
