Aimee Fraley, 27, of Ishpeming, took a plea agreement and will now be sentenced February 27th. She was initially charged with two counts of delivery/manufacture of meth, but has instead plead guilty to possession of meth in the 3rd degree.
Fraley’s co-defendant, Steven Greenleaf, 29, also of Ishpeming, will sit down with his attorney and the judge for a scheduling conference Monday to determine his next court appearance.
Fraley and Greenleaf were arrested following the discovery of an active meth lab in an apartment complex at 655 Maurice St. in late December.
Two Ishpeming PD officers who found the lab became overwhelmed by fumes when removing an unconscious Fraley and Greenleaf from the apartment. All four were treated at U.P. Health System – Bell.
