White Pine man extradited from Ohio on meth charge
Michigan State Police troopers from the Wakefield Post returned a wanted fugitive to Michigan Monday.
Jeremy Todd Rollins, 37, of White Pine was arrested and held in Dayton, Ohio on a felony warrant for operating or maintaining a meth lab that was issued out of the Gogebic County Courthouse on March 19th.
The warrant was issued after troopers conducted an investigation lasting several months in which Rollins allegedly bought components used to make meth on several occasions. Rollins then fled to Ohio.
Rollins is currently in the Gogebic County Jail on $250,000 bond. A date has not yet been set for a preliminary exam.
The Michigan Department of Human Services assisted in the investigation.
