Kingsford man receives probation for concealed weapon charges
A Kingsford man will spend a year on probation for pointing a gun at another Kingsford resident while driving.
Joshua Cudnohufsky, 21, has been sentenced to a 12-month delay of sentence for a felony concealed weapons violation. If he completes the 12 months without further incident, the felony will be wiped from his record.
He also pleaded guilty to reckless use of a concealed weapon, which is a misdemeanor. Cudnohufsky has been sentenced to 12 months’ probation for that charge, which will not be wiped from his record.
He was arrested in January after a resident told Kingsford Public Safety that a man pointed a gun at him while driving.
