Kingsford man arrested on prostitution charges
A Kingsford man facing prostitution charges could spend over 40 years in jail.
Johnathan Vyvyan, 23, was arrested by the Iron Mountain Police Department after an eight month investigation.
He was arraigned in Dickinson County District Court on two felony charges: two counts of prostitution/transporting a female, a 20-year felony, and one count of failure to comply with the sex offender registration act, a four-year felony.
Vyvyan is lodged in the Dickinson County Correctional Facility on a $25,000 cash bond. He is due back in court May 14th for a preliminary examination.
