Green Bay police officer incident goes viral
The Green Bay Police Department is investigating the conduct of one of its officers after a video taken outside of a downtown bar two weeks ago went viral.
The officer who attempted to arrest the individual’s use of force has been called into question. The subject was eventually taken into custody for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct. Police say, by law, they are to use as much force as necessary to effect an arrest, but not anything above and beyond that.
No word yet as to whether or not the officer in question will receive any disciplinary action.
