A pedestrian is recovering from minor injuries after being hit by a vehicle in Marquette.

The Marquette Police say it happened shortly after 3:00 this afternoon at the intersection of Washington and Third Streets.

A vehicle was stopped at a crosswalk to allow the pedestrian to cross when a bus rear-ended it. The impact pushed the stopped vehicle into the pedestrian and then into another stopped vehicle. There were minor injuries in one of the vehicles, and the pedestrian suffered minor bumps.

Everyone hurt was treated at Marquette General and released. Police gave the bus driver a ticket.
