Trial date set for man facing CSC charges
A Gwinn man facing criminal sexual conduct charges is heading to trial.
Steven Miller, 49, has pleaded not guilty to third degree CSC with an incapacitated victim and fourth degree CSC. He is charged as a habitual offender, second offense.
At a scheduling conference Friday, a pretrial was set for April 15 and a four-day jury trial is set for July 29 in Marquette County Circuit Court.
The Forsyth Township Police Department arrested Miller in December. Police say the charge comes from an incident last fall.
