Alger County meth lab co-defendants plead guilty
Two Munising residents who allegedly had a meth lab in their vehicle have both pleaded guilty.
Trevor Maxon, 17, and Jordan Maddox, 20, each pleaded guilty in Alger County Circuit Court to operating or maintaining a meth lab. A second count of conspiracy to operate a meth lab was dropped. They’ll both be sentenced in March. Their co-defendants, Trent Howard, 21, and Cortne Cornish, 19, will also appear in court next month.
The group was arrested in January after police conducted a traffic stop and found an active one-pot meth lab in their vehicle.
