City of Negaunee Land Auction
The city of Negaunee has recently auctioned off land in a development plan to make more affordable housing available to residents.
We asked Negaunee City Manager, Nate Heffron to explain more about how the deal was structured and whether or not the city plans to pursue more projects like this in the future.
