Man Arraigned On Assault Charges
SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich – A 26–year old Sault Saint Marie man was arraigned in 91st district court yesterday.
Charles Pereny is facing four counts of contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, one count of Domestic Assault and one count of Interference with Electronic Communications.
The charges stem from a complaint on Tuesday about an assault and underage drinking party.
Pereny allegedly assaulted a 16–year–old at the party.
Pereny was already on bond for a previous count of contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
That case is still ongoing through the court system.
