A Michigan senate republican is responding after Former President Donald Trump called him out.
Trump called a senate committee report on the November 3rd Election a “cover up” and an “attempt to hide the truth” in a recent statement.
Senator Ed McBroom said, “it’s quite surreal for a farmer from Waucedah to get mentioned by a president of the United States.”
McBroom said people should read the June 23rd report’s findings for themselves. He noted the report does not simply drill down to who won the 2020 Presidential Election.
He said quote “we found a lot of problems with our elections. We chased after a lot of the allegations.”
The report is based on more than 30 hours of public hearings, 87 eyewitness accounts, 400 pages of testimony, and the subpoena of numerous key documents.
