U.P. Home Health & Hospice in Ishpeming is doing their part in trying to end Alzheimer’s.

The agency’s team of angels is participating in numerous individual and group fundraisers leading up to the Walk to End Alzheimer’s on September 18th in Marquette. The office held a different fundraising activity each day this week, and employees donated to participate.

Director of Community Services Kori Tossava said of the fundraising, “We see so many patients and families who are undergoing the traumas of Alzheimer’s that we want to do anything we can by doing something extra for the cure.”

Fundraisers included a can drive, picnic bar, and today, flowers.
