Marquette Dual Sport Athlete, Kameron Karp Signs With NMU

MARQUETTE  — Northern Michigan is adding some homegrown talent on national signing day. Marquette’s Kameron Karp will be a 2-sport athlete for the Wildcats, signing on for basketball and football. Karp averaged over 16.6 points on the court, was 2019–20 All-U.P. and on the football field, had 7 touchdowns, and was the 2020 U.P. Offensive Player of the Year.

The talented dual sport star spoke at a press conference about the opportunity to play with Northern Michigan University and said “when it was possible for me to play two sports I figured the only way I was going to be able to do it was here with my support staff. Everyone here that’s helped me get to where I am is here and I wanted to let them continue to watch me and support me for the next four years.”
