Ishpeming Schools to move high school students to distance learning

ISHPEMING — Ishpeming Public Schools will move their high school students to distant learning, in accordance with Governor Whitmer’s epidemic order.

A statement, sent by IPS Superintendent Connie Bertucci, reads:

Good evening Hematite families & staff members:
The Governor’s order for all high school students to move to distant-learning will begin this Wednesday, November 18th, through Tuesday, December 8th.  Face-to-face learning WILL continue for ALL grade levels for tomorrow & Tuesday.
Additional information will be sent out tomorrow to all families & staff members.
In the meantime, please contact your child’s school office if you should have any questions.
