UP Team of the Year Bracket: The Final Four
We’re down to the Final Four! While this was supposed to be something to fill the time that we lost without March Madness, we’ve delved deep into April, and may dip our toe into May with the championship matchup. Nonetheless, there are four teams remaining vying for the title of 2019-2020 UP Team of the Year. The contestants are: Munising Cheer, receivers of the most votes of all teams in 3 of the 4 previous rounds; Baraga Girls’ Basketball, a possible Div. 4 regional champion had their season not been cut short; Pickford Football, Div. 2 state champions for 8-man; and Munising Boys’ Basketball, who came out of nowhere to be a dangerous threat in the playoffs this season.
