UPDATE: Police investigating death of two individuals in Marquette home

UPDATE –Law enforcement officials have released the identities of the two individuals that were found dead Monday morning in a Marquette home.

According to the Marquette Police Department, 31-year-old Adel Renee Winter and 29-year-old Mark Alan Bibler II were found dead in their home at 911 Sherman Street at approximately 8:10 a.m. Monday.

Police say the investigation is ongoing and the cause of death is yet to be determined at this time.

MARQUETTE — The Marquette Police Department is investigating the deaths of two individuals in a Marquette home.

On Monday at approximately 8:10 a.m., officers were called to a home in the 900 block of Sherman Street. Officers say they found the bodies of a 31-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man inside the home. The man and woman are residents of Marquette, police stated. Their names have not been released pending the investigation.

The cause of the deaths is still under investigation at this time.

UP Health System EMS, the Marquette City Fire Department, the Michigan State Police Crime Lab and NMU Police Department assisted at the scene.
