Marquette Veterinary Clinic holds ribbon cutting for new facility

MARQUETTE — The Marquette Veterinary Clinic held a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday afternoon in front of its new facility.

The Marquette Veterinary Clinic is still located at its same address on US Highway 41, but the clinic is now in a larger and more up–to–date building.

Plans for the new facility have been in place for the last 3 to 5 years, finally coming to fruition with the ribbon cutting on October 21. Construction on the project began in May of this year, and staff officially started working in the new building on October 14.

Clinic owner Doctor Edward Brauer says that this new facility will not only bring the look and operation of the clinic up to date, but it will also help them to better serve clients and their pets.

“We wanted to have a more modern, updated clinic,” said Doctor Brauer. “Our old facility for our practice has been here for over 60 years, so we saw the need to update accordingly and to meet the demands of our clients.”

Doctor Brauer and the staff of the Marquette Veterinary Clinic are excited that operations have begun in their new facility.
