Iron Mountain woman arrested on drug charges
IRON MOUNTAIN — The K.I.N.D. Drug Enforcement Team arrested an Iron Mountain woman on multiple drug charges.
The arrested individual, 31-year-old, Michelle Marie Withers is facing three charges–Manufacture or Distribution of Methamphetamine (a 20-year felony), Possession of Methamphetamine on School/Library Property (a 20-year felony), and Imitation, Manufacture of Distribution of a Controlled Substance (a 2-year felony).
Marie Withers has a probable cause scheduled for June 26th and a preliminary hearing on July 1st.
No other details were released by the K.I.N.D. team.
