CRYSTAL FALLS — A Crystal Falls man is now facing federal charges for dealing meth.
A 37-year-old, Jesse Hamilton, is charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute meth, and sell. He was indicted on January 15.
Hamilton was charged in Iron County, but those charges were dropped due to being federally charged.
He was arrested as a result of a search warrant that was put out by UPSET at a residence on Oswald Street in the village of Crystal Falls. Detectives seized over 40 grams of crystal meth as well as evidence of drug distribution.
The estimated street value of the drugs seized is to be nearly $10,000.
Hamilton will be back in court for an initial pretrial conference on February 21.
