St. Ignace Police investigating a breaking and entering of an unoccupied home
ST IGNACE — The St. Ignace Police Department is investigating the breaking and entering of an unoccupied home that occurred between December 30th, 2018 and January 10th, 2019.
The suspect(s) entered the home through a side door of the residence.
Once inside, the suspect(s) stole several long guns, a safe, a flat screen TV, and an unknown amount of money at this time.
Homeowners are still conducting an inventory for other possible stolen items.
Currently the St. Ignace Police Department is being assisted by the Michigan State Police, Mackinac County Sheriff’s Office, Sault Tribe Police and the Mackinaw City Police Department.
