Negaunee moving forward with T-Mobile
NEGAUNEE — The Negaunee City Council held a commission meeting this evening, with the topic of adding a cellular antenna to the city water tower.
The council voted on the new contract that has now been updated since the last meeting. The vote broke down to a 4-2, with the council now proceeding with the plan.
The next step will be for T-Mobile to pull their building permits and start building the antenna structure.
The deal will also be giving $1,900 a month that will be going straight to keeping the water tower up to date and functioning.
