Coffee Connection at Bay College West Campus

IRON MOUNTAIN — Bay College West Campus will have a new event for students starting this fall called Coffee Connection.

Businesses and organizations teamed up with Bay College West to create Coffee Connection, which is an event that will offer free coffee to their students on Monday mornings from 8:30 to 10:30.

All students will have to do is show up at the designated times.

“It is important to us to have Coffee Connection because it is a service to our students. It’s another way to create a connection to the college and then it’s also allowing us to collaborate with our businesses and different organizations in the community” said Bay West’s Business Development and Community Engagement Manager, Gina Wollner. “We’re all in this together, we all have to work together, and we also want to make a great experience for our student when they’re here at our campus.”

The College will provide the machines and cups and the businesses will be providing the coffee and treats if they choose.

They hope that Coffee Connection will be a great way for the students to get some free coffee while also networking with some of the local businesses.
