Gwinn man arrested on criminal sexual conduct charge
GWINN — A Gwinn man was arrested Wednesday following a sexual assault investigation.
Forsyth Township Police Officers arrested 40 year-old Daniel Victor Larson of Gwinn on charges of criminal sexual conduct, first degree. The charges stem from an investigation into a sexual assault of a female under the age of 17 that was reported on February 6th.
The assault occurred on January 29th on the 100 block of Crusader Street. Investigators say that Larson was a guest in the victim’s home when the assault happened.
Larson is currently lodged at the Marquette County Jail. Bond will be set at his arraignment.
