Multiple subjects arrested on outstanding warrants

IRON MOUNTAIN — Multiple subjects were arrested in Iron Mountain on outstanding warrants on Wednesday morning.

According to the Iron Mountain Police Department, while officials were on patrol they observed a male and female walking in the area of Carpenter Avenue and Woodward Avenue. Both subjects began to run on foot. The 21-year old female was detained and arrested on an outstanding bench warrant out of Delta County. After searching the area, the male subject was located inside of a residence at 1234 South Milwaukee Avenue.

Through the investigation, it was found that the 28-year old male was wanted out of Outagamie County Wisconsin for a nationwide felony warrant. It was later discovered that an additional 23-year old male was also in the house and wanted for four outstanding bench warrants out of Menominee County.

A search warrant was drafted due to the fact that all the occupants of the house refused to answer the door. The Critical Incidents Response Team entered the home around 5:15 A.M., taking the two remaining subjects into custody. No names will be released at this time, pending arraignment.
