MARQUETTE — Two suspects were arrested in connection to larceny of postal packages from front porches.

Tyler David Fish, 17, of Marquette was arrested over the weekend for warrants of larceny between $200 and $1,000 along with receiving and concealing stolen property between $200 and $1,000. This stems from an investigation by the Marquette Police Department into numerous complaints of postal packages being stolen from the front porches of resident’s homes.

A 16-year old juvenile has also been petitioned in connection with these incidents. Both charges are 1 year misdemeanors and/or a $2,000 fine. Residents are reminded to make sure not to leave expected packages on the porch for extended periods of time.
