Local restaurant moves to new location
MARQUETTE — A local restaurant known for serving quick, convenient and home-style meals has moved to a new location.
Outlanders is now located on Washington Street in Marquette. After originally opening the restaurant on Front Street over four years ago, the business has now outgrown that location. Business owners were looking to expand kitchen capabilities along with having more seating options for customers.
After briefly closing for renovations of the new building, General Manager Nichole Klingler, is eager to interact with the community and see some familiar faces.
“We’re looking forward to being back open again; we miss everyone and our regular customers. We’re excited about having people be able to dine in with us. At the other location, we had three tables that we filled during lunch and dinner time but now we have seating for 65,” said Outlanders General Manager, Nichole Klingler.
Outlanders offers a variety of dinner options, from dining in the restaurant itself to bringing home a hot meal. These meal options also come in various different sizes to accommodate any family size.
Plans to officially open the new location are still being decided but it will be open sometime next week.
