Aquila secures another permit for Back Forty Project

TORONTO, CANADA — Aquila Resources Inc. (TSX: AQA)
“Aquila is very proud of this milestone achievement given that the NPDES permit satisfies both State and Federal regulators as it pertains to protecting the Menominee River and surrounding watershed,” said Barry Hildred, CEO of Aquila Resources.
The NPDES permit regulates the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements of water discharged to the Menominee River during mine operation. The review process and permit decisions were completed in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, Part 31, Water Resources Protection, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, Part 41, Sewerage Systems.
Aquila received their Mining Permit and Air Use permit on December 28th, 2016 and is currently working with the MDEQ to finalize the Wetlands Protection Permit expected later this year.
