UPDATE: Bothwell students to resume classes Wednesday after roofing issue

UPDATE — Tuesday, March 7, 2017 3:36 p.m.

Due to high winds on Tuesday, the roof over the gymnasium of Bothwell Middle School pealed up causing debris to blow around nearby areas. The roof is now entirely open in the gymnasium.

School will resume on Wednesday. Students will not be allowed access into the gym until the proper repairs are made.

MARQUETTE — Due to a roofing issue, students at Bothwell Middle School will be released at 2:30 p.m.

Because of debris, school buses are unable to utilize the loop. School officials are asking all commuters to wait until 2:50 p.m. to pick up students.

High school students will be dismissed today at 2:05 p.m.
