IRON RIVER — An Interim Police Chief has been named for the City of Iron River’s Police Department.

Iron River City Manager David Thayer announced today that Roy D’Antonio would assume duties of police chief for the city. The Watersmeet native has ten years of policing experience, including two stints with the Iron River Police Department. D’Antonio has been back with the department since 2015.
