Escanaba Public Safety officers say the 21-year-old man was arrested after investigation into a report of a possible breaking and entering at the El Patron restaurant shortly before noon on Monday. According to officers, the suspect had entered the business through the back door while wearing a mask and gloves and brandishing a club.
