U.P. man arrested for five felony counts relating to CSC
GWINN — An eighteen year old Gwinn man was arrested by the Forsyth Township Police on a warrant for five felony charges relating to criminal sexual conduct.
Tayler Steven Schwechel was arrested Tuesday following a six week investigation into the allegation that he and a 12-year-old girl had been exchanging inappropriate pictures.
Police say the two possibly had a sexual relationship.
Schwechel was charged with several felony counts including two counts of second degree CSC and child sexually abusive material activity.
He is currently lodged at the Marquette County Jail on a $50,000 cash/surety bond.
