A new Republican Party office will be opening on US– 41 in Marquette across from Frei Chevrolet.
The space will be used to hold meetings and events for candidates as well as be a space for volunteers. You can stop into the office to pick up signs, learn information on candidates and volunteer to make calls on behalf of the party.
“Really it’s simply to make it easier for people who are supporting our candidates to get the information they need and the supplies they need,” said county GOP Secretary Dan Adamini. “If they need year yard signs or if they’re looking for flyers this is a pretty quick and easy in and out stop for them to be able to get what they need.”
The party says they opened up the new office because the state office located in the city wasn’t big enough to house the events they were planning. They are still looking for volunteers, but you can also stop in if you just want to watch the news with party members and hand out information to others who stop by. The county GOP plans to have it’s grand opening on October fifth.
