Meth suspect pleads guilty
ESCANABA — A Gladstone woman arrested earlier this year on meth charges entered a plea agreement in court Monday afternoon.
Mindi Smith, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of purchase or possession of pseudophedrine to make meth.
Another felony charge against her was dropped as a result of the plea agreement.
Smith was one of four people arrested as part of a two–day meth enforcement operation by the Upper Peninsula Substance Enforcement Team in Delta County and Marquette County back in May.
Smith will be back in court for sentencing on September first.
