Three people arrested for maintaining meth labs

SAULT STE. MARIE — Three people were arrested Thursday afternoon in the Sault Ste. Marie area, after they were found running and maintaining multiple meth labs inside a residence.

Twenty-six year old Brandon Ballas, 62-year-old Joseph Ballas and 19-year-old Brittany Johnson were each arrested on multiple felony drug charges, including maintaining a drug house. During the execution of a search warrant, members of the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Taskforce found meth lab components and meth making ingredients inside a home. All three suspects are scheduled to be arraigned today.
