MARQUETTE — Drivers in the City of Marquette should exercise extra caution at a busy intersection Tuesday morning.

The Marquette City Police Department reports that the Board of Light and Power will be conducting repairs on the traffic signals at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and West Washington Street starting at 9:30 a.m. The signals will not be operational during the repair, instead being replaced by three-way stop signs.

Police ask that drivers plan an alternate route if possible during repair times. The work is expected to be complete around noon.
