MARQUETTE — A Marquette man involved in a high–speed case with police back in March is headed to jail.

Thirty–one year old Nathan Knotek received six months in jail and 18 months probation for pleading guilty to one count of possession of meth.

Knotek was arrested by the Marquette City Police Department after police discovered an active meth cook in the vehicle he and two others were in.

The chase started at the area of McClellan Avenue and the US–41 bypass and concluded on M–553 and M–94.
